I experience the well being of staff and desserts at Creams Café Epsom.

I work part-time for Creams Café Epsom since July 2018 and I am a full-time Student at NESCOT College.

What can i get at Creams: Firstly about the Food at Creams Epsom. It is a beautiful experience to taste so many different flavours on the plate. We got Sundays (Gelatos with mostly Vanilla Soft and sprinkles+sauce), Waffles, Crepes - we do the fresh mixes of Waffle and Crepe by our own every morning before serving it to our guests.

We also have hot cookie doughs. They are one of the favourites for the guests. We do Milkshakes, Scoop Shakes - which are slightly thicker than Milkshakes.

Any hot beverages? Cakes?: We do have Cakes and also prepare Coffee, Tea for you. We do not sell salad or bread in our Café

Any more options?: We have Ice Cream Sorbets, Vegan Cookie doughs, and much more suitable for our Vegan friends!

Cleanliness: We pre-wash the cutlery and the glasses before serving it to our guests. Every night we make sure to make the whole café clean. No place will be forgotten to clean, as we have a Manager that cares about it a lot.

Every time our guests leave the table, our Service Staff (& Me) make sure to clean the tables and the furniture for our new guests to enter our café.

How accessible is our Café?: We do not have free car parking at Creams. Creams is based central of Epsom Town Centre and opposite Ask Italian Restaurant. Better coordination - It is at Epsom Square. We have two toilets, including disabled toilet. Wheelchairs can be accessed trough and out of the Café, as we have a small ramp for the entry.

Who mostly comes to visit Creams Café Epsom?:

1. Young Couples with children
2. Elderly Couples
3. Teenagers (school groups)
4. People with wheelchair (Full accessible) (There are no stairs) Come for your own experience! Everybody is welcome!

Can I get my food delivered?: Yes, you can! Over the app of “UberEats” or “Deliveroo”. You just need to search for Creams Café Epsom and set your order.

The possibilities in our Creams franchise is for deliveries, Eat in or Take out.

STAFF:

Busy days like Fridays and Saturdays are really tuff and may take into delays, but I can’t blame anyone behind the counter, because it is very challenging to do everything at the same time. Our staff is the best I had for all the past work experience and yet I am only 20 years young.

BUT; I have been working behind the counter and felt it more difficult than serving and welcoming our guests. Applause for everyone who prepare the plates with full of colours and presentation, because that is not as easy as it seams to be.

If we would try to prepare Ice Creams and Waffles at the same time then one of the plates or ice cream cups will turn out cold/ melted, so we make sure to serve anything as fast as we made them. Preparing and making them are taking different times.

I love my team. Sometimes we go easy on our working environment, and other times hard, but we learn from it, each time on how to do it smoothly and joyful. We care for each other a lot and that is what matters. We keep communicative and every time I work is a fun time. I miss everyone all ready! Even though i see them each week.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Creams Sundaes Royal at Creams Epsom, and I must say, it was an absolutely divine experience. Creams Sundaes Royal takes the traditional sundae to a whole new level with its lavish presentation and decadent flavors.

I've been to other creams cafe's before and loved my experience. The Epsom store is an absolute shocker of rubbish. The staff are rude and don't know what their doing. They got out order completely wrong when ordered via Uber eats and told us that they can't have because that's never happened before. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again yesterday for an order to takeaway. Firstly, I wanted melted white chocolate. They processed white chocolate sauce. This is not the same and they tried to tell me melted white chocolate didn't exist even though I pointed it out on their menu. Anyway, when I received my sundae it didn't include the sauce that was supposed to actually come with it. Yes I paid for white chocolate sauce but I didn't tell them I wanted to change the original sundae. The man behind the counter stated he gave me sauce, snatched my cup, threw away my wafer, fingered the ice cream in the process of pointlessly throwing away my wafer, and put more white chocolate sauce on it! I told him I wanted the caramel sauce that I was supposed to get. He said it didn't come with it so again I pointed it out on the menu and he said "fine you want caramel sauce as well" and proceeded to pour a stupid amount in the cup. I had more sauce than ice cream and it was all swimming on top! He slammed it back down on the counter with a firm "DONE!" I just found the experience so awful and the man so rude!
