KFC Epsom - High Street — Restaurant in Epsom and Ewell

Took 13 minutes to deliver my order of 2 single burger. Guy at the counter told me it will take 4 minutes waiting time. Staff very unprofessional. Some wearing mask, some not. Delivery drivers coming in and out every second some wearing mask some not. Staff drinking or eating food while you waiting for your order. Felt like a jungle. Over Staffed very very slow service. Had to wait for someone to take my order as front of house staff were to busy chatting between each other and didn't care about customer waiting for orders. Everything seems like a joke or a game for the staff working there.... Very very poor service. The staff couldn't care less about customer. Food box stored on the floor. Seems like a very bad place regarding hygiene with food .. I only put 1 star because i could...

Hi; I am the regular who always order the 10 hot wings meal. I want to say thank you for always providing a good meal & service over a year now:)✨ However; on my last visit my wings came out quite soft and looks like it could really use longer time in the fryer. I don’t know if this is a new technique; I didn’t really enjoy my wings on this occasion & the chips where very small portion than usual:/ I really enjoyed how very crispy they always have been; could you continue making them very crispy as I like to continue coming back…

Update: You have complete dismissed my complaint from my last visit. I received very soft chicken wings which isn’t what I paid for. I understand you got some new staff but it would also be appreciated that you take complaints more...

The guy working on the counter is horrible.. my son bought a mighty bucket for 1, when i looked in the bag there was about 9 chips in the bag. I asked him behind the counter if that was meant to be a full portion, he looked in and said yes. I swear the chips wouldn't have been enough for a 5 Yr old. I looked him in the eye and said are u sure because the bag pretty empty and its not a kids meal. He begrudgingly added another 5 or 6 chips into the bag..

We sat in and ate opposite where he works. I watched him slam things around as more people complained about mistakes.

The best moment was him going around a corner and slam dunking a burger a customer had returned and missing the bin!!

I'll never be going back. That man...
