Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Erewash

Went in a fortnight ago with my husband and brother Andrew gent. There was a large lady don't know if she was the manager all not but she was very rude . We went in for coffee and cake after going to the cinema at about 4.55pm the cafe closeses at 5.30pm. And about 5.25pm the girl turned around and said come on drink up we've got a home to go to. To which I replied so have we . Yet there was still other people in and she said nothing to them . So I got up and said OK but I need the toilet first . Then my brother a husband said that she turned to the other girl that was there and said they should of come in earlier. If she got a problem with us she's shouldn't have served us . I've been to this Costa on many occasions, and today was a better experience than I'm used to!! The staff are usually friendly, but the queues are often too long. As a result, clearing the tables is often slow too. Today however, they were pretty much on top of everything which was great to see.

Phone reception is not that great though (and non existent towards the back). They do however have wifi, but cant vouch for how good or reliable it is, as didnt try to...
