Weâve been loyal Dominoâs customers for a long time, ordering every month and spending around ÂŁ60âÂŁ70. Itâs our go-to for family nights and we always look forward to it.
Unfortunately, our most recent order didnât live up to the usual standard, both pizzas had poor presentation and just didnât look right. It was disappointing, especially considering how often we order. We called the store straight away to raise our concerns.
Thatâs when Gabe, the assistant manager, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was understanding, professional, and genuinely apologetic. Without hesitation, he offered to repeat the full order for free next time, no fuss, no hassle, just great service.
Gabe handled everything with such care and made us feel like our loyalty really mattered. Thanks to him, what couldâve been a frustrating experience became a reminder of why we keep coming back.

   Read moreFirst and last time we've ordered at this location. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 sides and a drink. When I arrived I found out that my pizza needs to be remade as someone messed it up. I thought "fine, mistakes happen". The young lady that handed me the re-made pizza actually sounded like she cared as opposed to others. When my pizza was ready I took the order to my car but realised I wasn't given a drink. Went back and the issue was rectified. However, when I got home and finally opened the boxes I realised that they messed up my pizza again... While I understand that this can happen on a busy Friday night, a half hearted "sorry about that" doesn't cut it anymore. It took almost 1.5 hours to get my pizza, two trips and my Mrs and I had to eat separately otherwise her pizza would get cold while she waits for me to get back. At this point any attempt to try and compensate for these mistakes or at least proper apologies would have been appreciated. Even something as simple as "enjoy", "thank you" or "sorry for the wait" would make this experience slightly better than "here you go" when...
   Read moreUpon ordering it said delivery would be 37 mins max, it was 1 hour 2 minutes. The dip for the side order was missing and the food was warm not hot so I feel that it had been sitting around for a while. The cookies felt slightly overcooked. 3/10. Unlikely to order again.
Update 12/05/25: I didn't keep the email with the order number, so can't provide it to their customer service team. I have since emailed them as I received a discount code due to the late delivery of my order. When I tried to apply it my order didn't quality, no matter what I added. I then tried applying other discount codes such as X% off when you spend ÂŁY, but it again said that I didn't meet the criteria, despite my order being over the value. What does a guy have to do to get some discount?
It's a shame, because there are items I'd like to try, but if they can't be open and transparent about what their discount codes require to qualify and their system doesn't appear to apply vouchers correctly, then why should I buy...
