Awful service. Ordered on the app and collected. I always choose to collect so my food is hot and not waiting around to be delivered. Got there and waited and whe the app said ready the staff said they had burnt one of the pizzas and it needed doing again. My order was large and everything else was ready and sat under the heat lamps for 20 minutes while they rectified this.
I complained that I didn't want the other items as they would be cold, I was told they would be okay because they are under a heat lamp. Who wants there food sitting under a heat lamp for 20+minutes? They refused to remake my whole order, I said I would have to check the food and feel whether it was cold, and if it was I wanted a refund for the whole order. The manager I'm assuming stood near my food at the heat lamps and just kept opening and closing one of the large pizzas and looking at it??? For what reason I don't know. Surely making it colder and also breathing all over it.
When the front server put them on the counter I began to open the boxes and felt the food and told her the order felt cold and that I wanted a refund and didn't want the order.
She said they were putting through a refund and to take the food. She said I would recieve it through the app and online as I said I didn't have my card with me I thought it would be a simple collection. I haven't received this refund, they have taken the money for this order. I would not have accepted the food if it meant I wouldn't get a refund, I thought they were offering it as a good will gesture as it has wasted over an hour if my time on a sunday evening, I didn't even eat or enjoy...

Went to pick it up, and my name wasn't on the screen, so asked for the pizza and they gave me it with some free cookies.
I noticed the cookies were warm, but the pizza was almost cold, I ordered it 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up.
It is obvious that they had another order for a New Yorker that didn't get picked up a few hours before and saved it to give to another customer (me).
They threw in the free cookies as a mechanism of undoing (behavioural defense mechanism) in order to correct their wrong.
100% will not be ordering from here again, they've lost a customer and I'll take my business elsewhere.
I hope this branch gets new management/new employees as their work ethic is beyond pathetic.

Read moreMe and my husband ordered 2 different pizzas from here on Wednesday 4th Aug, mine was tandoori chicken, tuna & sweetcorn my husband had something different and luckily for him we didn't swap a slice. The next morning I started vomiting, fever, stomach cramps and diarrhoea ended up calling 111 twice over the weekend as symptoms got worse, then by Tuesday 10th saw the doctors who told me to go straight to hospital which is where I am still 13th. I have been on a constant drip for 3 days and results have just come back saying I contracted food poisoning / gastroenteritis. The hospital said that they would have to report this to the Environmental health, this would been from the poultry/chicken. I'm now waiting for antibiotics before I can go home.
