I came back after an awful experience with a barista called Will with my partner after an X-ray at the nightingale hospital, and my what an improvement they have made. Our barista Aimee and the fellow she was with were a great laugh. The drinks they made were spot on, two frappes, and they’ve definitely made us repeat customers. Amazing customer service and drinks. Service here is absolutely abysmal. On one order, they waited until I got to the kiosk to start making my order when I’d been queued for ages. On my next visit (today), they didn’t listen properly to my order so we were one drink short and had to wait even longer at the drive thru. Staff are unfriendly- so...

This drive through ha an opening hours sign saying open at 5 o'clock Monday to Friday. But they are always late by 15 to 20 minutes. It's not the first time .
