We got 2 Americanos. They were the least flavourful coffee shop coffees I've had in years. Second worst ever. A cup of Nescafe would have been far better.

Ordered a too good to go bag. Went to collect & was told I had the wrong location. I explained I didn't & was told they didn't have the time to deal with this. They then demanded proof, which I provided via the app. They then insisted that the item was clearly 'sold out!' I explained that was because I had bought it. They then said they would cancel it & were busy! Exceptionally rude & unaccommodating, especially as I had travelled there specifically for this item ; it was clearly their mistake, not mine......

I love prets pretentious food, it's the main (one of two) reasons for stopping at the service station. All their sangers are great, the hot meatball or the beef Wellington are my current favourites. I've never been disappointed with the taste or flavour, the patisseries are great too, highly recommend them, the hot and cold drinks are good with a decent selection of unusual tastes too but the sangers (sandwiches) are the star if this show.
