They always undercook vegan food, this sausage roll was particularly poor. Usually it isn't too bad

Always a stop for a latte when passing and the breakfast roll deal is to good to pass up!

The worst Greggs I have ever been to. Was waiting in the queue, when the staff that was serving at the end till finished serving the customers in front of us, walked away and waved her hand at us. It seemed she was shutting her till and instead of communicate this to us in words, she’s waved a hand towards the other till. In our confusion, the first till had been opened and started serving people behind us, so I asked one of the other member of staff why we were not being served, she said I’m not serving and wanted to walk away. I started trying to explain what happened, and she seemed like she had no intention of helping us. The manager then appears out of no where and start to insist that I calm down when I was simply explaining to the previous staff that we had been waiting. The other staff member that was originally serving at the end till then came back and pleaded to her manager that she had verbally told us, which is a complete lie and the lie on her face was completely clear. I would strongly suggest that you consider further training of your staff at this premises, and most certainly for the manager (Charlotte I believe), as she should not be in charge of a Greggs store and staff, when she herself had no customer management skills. A lot of idle giggling and simply taking their time was observed also when queuing. Maybe why there was a queue in the first place. Getter better...

Paid for a coffee and bacon roll and because it was so busy with other people waiting for bacon, the roll was left on the service top (behind the till). Staff then moved it around as they all prepared other food, one bumped into the roll and then bottles of milk were placed against my roll as the coffee machine was being serviced. By the time the bacon was ready there was no way that I wanted to eat it and I left.

The staff were all wearing masks but the person preparing my food then served other customers who all paid with cash and who didn’t wear masks.

The place just didn’t seem hygienic, 50% of customers weren’t wearing masks at a time people should in shops. Even waiting for a refund wasn’t worth the risk of staying any longer. I won’t return but loads of non mask wearing, face scratching, cash paying...

Worst ever experience of any service ever. To take over a hour to get a bacon roll is utterly ridiculous, the two lads tried their best but they only finished school the day before by the looks of them. And the two adults cooking steak bakes did nothing to help the lads out, they should be sacked instantly. The poor boys had to take orders make coffees and bacon sausage rolls. For the start of the summer holidays it was a pathetic amount of staff given the queue was a long way back. I really hope they sort it out as this...
