Just ate here tonight. Firstly we were seated at the smallest table even though there was a more spacious one available which was given to another couple who arrived after us, then I was shocked at the price hikes then decided to just go with it. Bad decision....... we then made the mistake of taking more than a minute to look through the menu so apparently our order was put at the end of the line! We ended up ordering four dishes as we like variety and can always take our leftovers home ...... huh So now we wait, and wait, and wait.......finally some prawn crackers were put out this after 15 minutes or so, but no sorry to keep you waiting apology As I watched several take out delivery orders I began to wonder where our food was, so after 35-40 minutes I flagged the waitress over to ask where our order was and why had the couple who had been seated after us had their food, she rudely stated I’d taken too long to place our order. Anyway, on to the food, the plates were very small in size, hardly any beef and chicken in their separate dishes middling amount of duck and rather few pieces of mushroom and the egg fried rice seemed to lack any egg! Whilst observing service given to the other customers, they were asked several times if everything was alright, there were also apologies by both waitress and older female (owner?) About the wait, and they were also provided with the hand wash up cloths none of which was afforded to us. I can only imagine that the lack of curtesy applied to us was because my brother is Special Needs and they obviously think not deserving of the same politeness others are given. If I could rate this with minus stars I would. Never again, this used to be a lovely place to eat and the pricing was in line with other Chinese...

First time using these as our usual place was closed. The food was lovely, however we were disappointed because when our order was delivered there was an item missing, also there were only 6 cashews in the chicken and cashew dish. I phoned the takeaway regarding our missing item and they were very apologetic. However we had to start eating because it would have been cold, so the Prawn balls we had after we'd finished our meal. it would have been nice to have had it with our main meal. Also one other issue I had with them was the pricing. I'm not sure where they got their prices from because the menu on their Facebook page is the menu that we have, and the total price they came to was £3 more than what I made it, but with all price increases I didn't question it. I think it would be useful to put an up to date menu on your Facebook page and useful to new customers if you enclosed one with their delivery order. Would have given you 4 stars if the Prawn balls had arrived with the rest of the meal, and if there were more cashews in the...

We have just moved to the area spent over £70 on a takeaway and it was disappointing to say the least! The chicken was extremely rubbery and inedible, crispy duck was very greasy and over cooked but worst of all the chicken chow mein was soo bad it was definitely re heated the noodles where like mush and tasteless. Going from there reviews we thought we just had a unusual bad experience so called the restaurant to explain our experience to be told there is nothing wrong with there food and there wasn't any problem!! Being a business owner I do not leave bad reviews lightly but I was extremely taken back by there response and felt it was necessary. Definitely would not recommend there takeaway food.
