What a fantastic friendly little restaurant. The food here is just awesome. I had steak which had been marinated and it came on a wooden platter sliced with dressing and salad - it was hot but not too hot, tasted gorgeous - this was from the separate 'recommended' menu. My friend had pork, not sure what it was called, but I tasted a little of it and it was real good, a hotter dish though. We shared a bowl of egg fried rice which was excellent. With the meal we had a bottle of Pinot Grigio which was probably one of the best I've ever tasted - and you can get some rough Pinot Grigio and pay a fortune in top restaurants, this little restaurant provided a great wine, not cheap but worth every penny. The staff were great and made sure we were ok without being instrusive. We booked but didn't really need to as it was a early Tuesday evening, but I would suggest people do book as this restaurant is getting a great reputation. PS I usually take photos of the dishes to add to my reviews, however, I was so busy eating and enjoying it I forgot. So just a photo of part of the restaurant. The bill was just over £60 for two but that was with a good bottle of wine and a lager.

We have just visited Aroy Thai Cafe, we were greeted by friendly staff and had very tasty cocktails. We had the share starter for 3 which was delicious and came quickly. For our mains we had chicken & prawn pad Thai, Thai green curry and the Duck special with lychee & pineapple (which was the best dish). As self proclaimed Thai foodies we are very impressed by this food & is the best in fareham. My review has just been interrupted by them singing me happy birthday & bringing me out some cake and candles without a request. The food, ambience & staff are all 10/10.

My wife is from Thailand and we visited midweek for 2 dishes (the first of many) and the food was exceptionally good! Believe me, she is a harsh critic! Lovely, welcoming atmosphere and look forward to eating in soon UPDATE....visited for lunch today and such a lovely place to eat thai food! Lunch deal for £13 with a glass of wine is great value! This is AUTHENTIC Thai food and both myself, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our date!

Great Food & Super Friendly Staff!

Popped into Aroy Thai in Fareham and had such a lovely experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming – you could tell they really care about making sure everyone has a good time.

We ordered the tempura vegetables and moo ping to start, both were seriously tasty – the moo ping especially was packed with flavour. For mains, we went with two of the recommended dishes and they didn’t disappoint at all. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly.

Really chilled vibe, great service, and amazing food – we’ll definitely...

We were part of a large booking. We booked for 19:30 on a busy Saturday evening. On our arrival we were told that a large booking group were still eating and there'd be a delay. We went down to Wetherspoons nearby for about forty minutes. When we returned, it was still busy and once we were seated it did take a while for the food to arrive at the table. Once it arrived, it was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was enjoyable and we had a good time. It seems to be very popular and due to this they seem to struggle with...
