The staff are more friendly as in January 2020. The staff probably let this establishment down most. Sometimes they appear disinterested, as they happily chat amongst themselves, like kids behind the bike shed. Most times I am in I have to request a spoon. A basic requirement one would think when having a coffee. As for a napkin? They obviously don't stock them.
