KFC Omagh - Dromore Road — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

Whatever was going on in there today, I think management should investigate. Complete carnage.

Waited just short of an hour for our food, half of it sat for just over 30mins on the counter waiting on a few more pieces of chicken. When it all finally arrived it was like no KFC chicken I've ever seen. Coating was so thick it was inedible and crumbled off the chicken in one complete piece. Also, because half the chicken in our bucket was made about a half hour before, it was cold.

Wasn't the only one that wasted a Saturday evening in there waiting. Alot of unhappy faces amongst the customers and some were not afraid to inform the staff.

The new staff members looked lost. Experienced girl was pulling all the slack and handling the customer complaints, felt sorry for her.

A disappointing meal. We ordered a rice box and a zinger burger meal. We got additional drinks to try like the watermelon cooler as well. Despite the very long wait the food came without the watermelon cooler. They didn’t have the decency to explain the situation and I had to go up where I was told they didn’t have it. They offered me a drink in its place but I just wanted a refund. The rude managers took around 5 minutes for me to just stand around the counter. I got my refund for £1.79 with 9 pennies as well. Then the food my rice box was nice but I was offered a spork to eat it and the chicken wasn’t cut up proving very difficult to eat. The two Pepsis, one just wasn’t cherry like we had ordered with no ice so the drinks were lukewarm and the lids didn’t even fit properly. Extremely...

There use to be a brilliant girl working in kfc I think her name was Lauren or something like tht she has black hair I think , her voice kinda sqeaky, anyways she was brilliant would take the orders wouldn't have to repeat she would get it right first time and the food was well cook and all there nothing was ever missing she's brilliant, but now there new comers there's a new girl working in it and she alway get the orders wrong I use to love going to kfc but the new comer girl that's in it now I really don't recommend her at all she has a very bad attitude she always gets the orders wrong and the food some times doesn't be cook properly, bring back the last girl that could do it all brilliantly, I don't like the new comer at all and it has put me off wanting...
