was in the cafe about a week ago and asked for one of their pizza flat breads to be made up- clearly stated i was vegetarian and listed out 2/3 vegetables i wanted on top mid way through the food and as the cheese was lifted off the pizza i noticed several large pieces of shredded chicken all hidden under the cheese they agreed it was chicken and took the food away and gave me a traybake as a substitute but of course it was too late and it’s extremely disappointing after being a vegetarian of 2 years drinks were nice but be very careful when ordering here if you have a allergy or any other dietary requirements as they’ll ignore...

Went to this cafe for lunch about a month ago and it was really lovely. However I went again since then with my daughter and she booked a table beforehand. When we went in the server told us we might have to wait a while for the food as they had a 'big party in upstairs'. When the food came it was not what we ordered. The food was taken back and came out again but wasn't as described on the menu. Very poor customer service. Attitude of staff not good. Pesto chicken pasta salad should have pesto on the chicken!! We wont be returning. Pity. As the staff could have remedied the situation by sorting out the order properly but...

A Short review like our visit. A group of three customers walked out after not being served so we knew what was coming. We stood for a 5 minutes, 2 staff walked right past us. One with a dust pan and brush so not attending to other customers. Not so much as an hello, we were completely blanked. 5 customers walked out in 5 minutes. I have dined here several times and would of recommended. Now what you have is a customer who was happy enough with this place in the past but not anymore.
