Would have given 5 stars if they didnât permit known troublemakers into premises that let their sons beat up little girls and the father was abusive and the mother. Witnesses there said itâs not the first time this family has caused problems there, so they shouldâve been barred. I donât think itâs acceptable that little 7yr olds and 2 year old girls get beat up by bullying 10 and 11 yr olds. The workers on premises did apologise but it spoiled the girlâs birthday party and left their friends traumatised. There was no reflection of their apologies when it came to payment not that we asked but if I owed the premises and witnessed what happened I wouldnât have been charging for the parties. In reflection itâs not safe to have young kids there incase the same family is there again as they seem to be afraid to refuse them entry. If booking here i advise booking it privately so undesirables arenât sharing the play area as they arenât there to play just assault...
Read moreI have been taking my 5 year old girl and 3 year old boy here for a long time now. They both absolutely love going to Aladdins Kingdom. Very friendly and helpful staff that remember all our names which makes our visit feel personal. There is a lot to do for the kids and I can enjoy a coffee knowing the kids are safe playing and climbing. We normally get the eat and play deal for the kids and the food is lovely. My daughter has autism and she loves coming here. The staff are so good with her which has helped her feel comfortable. We have also had her birthday party here which was great and everyone had a brilliant time. We highly recommend...
