About one year ago we came across Black Bull Cafe by chance because we wanted to treat ourselves to an English breakfast before going back to Germany. We were immediately surprised by a warm and most pleasant welcome by the owner who treats every guest like a king. The Black Bull Special we chose turned out to be absolutely delicious, with tomato slices, mushrooms, bacon, sausage and eggs fried to perfection and, a real treat, bubble‘n‘squeak, as well as hash browns and baked beans, toast and a great coffee that even I like.
