Foodie's Emporium - New Romney — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Was doing a viewing in the area, and after I finished I planned on going to Costa. Instead I spotted this beautiful store with yummy delights in the window, out of the corner of my eye I saw they were advertising hot drinks and I love to support local businesses! There was hand gel at the door and the 2 ladies in store greeted me and gave me smiles to their eyes behind their masks. Whilst my cappuccino was being made I was given a discount for using a reusable mug. There were soo many amazing smells, local scones, honey, chutney, sausage rolls, cold meats etc There were fridges and freezers full of local produce. The place was spotless and transported me back to my childhood, and the stories my grandparents would tell me about being raised on farms and making everything by hand. Mum got £30 of vouchers after having a gluten free meal that caused her to be ill. When visiting the shop as this appeared to be a one off so would still shop there, we was a family of three and in our bubble and the woman told me to get out as only 2 people allowed in at a time.
