Whenever I order on the app the adjustments are never considered and I ALWAYS have items missing, fairly often the main part of a meal. You have to go through uber to deal with it but after a few times they flag your account and won't issue any refunds. Quite unfair when it's the fault of the establishment.
They don't seem to do any checks before handing to courier which is always rather disheartening when giving the kids a treat and one of them is just sat there with a small fries and drink while the others get their full meal.
Unfortunately the McDonaldās app doesn't let you change the restaurant for delivery so not too sure if this is just Sandgate Lanes or if the other restaurants are the same. I never have this problem with any other takeaway establishment however, just McDonaldās and it is literally every order with no amount of customer feedback seeming to make a difference.
If anyone from McDonaldās happens to see this, please, I urge you, train your staff to check that what is listed on the ticket matches the contents of the bag before handing to the courier. I really don't mind waiting the extra 15 seconds for it to...

The manager was adamant I had to use the app and was unable to put the offer through the till as it was only available thought the app . After 15 20 mins of her trti g her self to access the offer other broke app surprisingly 2nd time their was a way she could do r the offer through the till while I didnt get my points I did only pay 18 pounds for the 2 offers I was trying to access and saved my self a 10 pound note I was very happy she went above and beyond to try and help me with the app and was very patience . Understanding they cannot always do this but on this occasion the manager was superb and assisted me with the experience , I'm very pleased with the help she gave me . Also a free hot chocolate to say sorry got the long wait. Even tho it wasnt the restaurants fault her kindness was the best I've had from mc donalds and will not be forgotten. Today, i would like to speak about the restaurant, meaning when you eat in. Again, it is fast food so you cant expect the same service as a regular restaurant, but for the time I stayed for lunch, an alarm has been going on non stop, sometime joined by another one or 2... I know that McDo aim and moto is quick, fast, chop chop, in and out. In fact, i have read somewhere that in order for the customers to stay at the restaurant as little as possible, the tables and chairs were made lower than what is usually the norm and the colours of McDo, yellow and red had carefully been chosen for not going together, so badly clashing, hence pushing you out as soon as you've had the last bite of your burger! Well, today I doubt I will eat in again! For info, the McDonalds I went in today is located in the town center...
