My friends and I were hoping to enjoy a nice meal in KFC. However, our experience was ruined by a new set of bins that had just been implemented. There were 6 different bin categories: liquids and ice, plastic, cups, food, paper and finally rubbish. During our meal we saw many people go up to the bins and struggle to decide where to put certain items. For example, where does one put beans, the beans themselves are a food, but they are in a liquid sauce. Another example is a plastic cup, does this go in the plastic or the cups section. Similarly where does a paper cup go. Finally, the most perplexing conundrum that we faced, was where does an individual put one of the sticky labels that comes on a purchased product. You could leave it on the product. But if it was a plastic cup, you would be putting a material made of partly paper in the plastic or cups section. What seemed the most logical solution was to take the label off but the sticky substance on the label is technically a liquid so how does one deal with that? Feel free to reply and let me know...

As I ordered and paid for one piece of chicken at £1.99 and one chicken strip at £1.79 to take away, as well as chips and salad and it came to £7.98. When I got home the chicken strip was missing so I have missed out on this and they have the money for nothing as I didn't check the order before I left. Also the chicken is so dry now and the chips are dry as they have the skins on now, I used to like the thin french fries, they used to use. Also I used to get the snack boxes but they don't do they now, only popcorn chicken ones. Read moreThe worst KFC I've ever set foot in. Ordered on the screen and selected table service. My partner saw our order on the counter, we were the only people in there at this time. He said is that our order "yep, come get it" was the reply from the team member. The coffee machine wasn't working so after 5 minutes we got told "no coffee". The chips were cold, the burgers were also cold and not what we ordered. When my partner took the order back and said it's all cold, the "team member" opened the burger box, prodded the burger and said "it's not that cold" he took it away and we saw him take the chicken out and microwave it.
