Sole Kitchen — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

You have to scan the table to get food and drink, this was a mission as we thought we completed our order and sat at our table for 40 minutes, went up to sole kitchen to find out our order hadn't gone through. We then made the order again after another 50 minutes of waiting and seeing people after us getting food and drink we again went up to sole kitchen to be told they hadn't printed the ticket out but plenty of people who ordered food and drink after us got theres. So I suggest if your hungry or need a drink...

I was served by (I think her name was Honour/ Anna - sorry if I've spelt it wrong!) on 30/08/25 around 2pm, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked up to the bar, she was bubbly, friendly, and full of positive energy. She made us feel so welcome and really went above and beyond to make sure me and my friend were looked after. It's so rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do, but she made the whole experience 10x better. Huge credit to her - she's a real asset...

Tried to charge me £42.50 for 3 pints of cider, 1 beer and I can of fizzy orange. When I said that doesdnt sound right was told they made a mistake and it was infact £20. Walked off with my touch card and now my bank statement is showing they have touched my card and taken another separate payment for £12!! I live in folkestone so will be back there at the weekend demanding my stolen money back and an appolgie! Safe to say I won't be using there...
