Delivery driver is scared of dogs, so jammed my door shut. Repeatedly jammed and dragged my door causing me to end up in A & E. Investigating my right shoulder, back and neck. You don't expect a delivery person to jam your door and trap you in your own house and injury you on your own doorstep. I have a goldendoodle "Lenny" renowned for having a lovely temperament. Dogs bark. Also seemed to be keeping some of my drinks order in the car. Brought me initially just 21 of my 24 bottles of Coke. Then miraculously found another 2 in his boot where a 24th seemed to be open and left in the boot fizzing. It was simple bring 2 sealed packs of 12 large bottles of coke... Read moreAll good until the pizza was actually delivered… ordered a custom pizza online where you start with a margarita and then pay for additional toppings. Pizza turned up (within 30 mins which was great) but unfortunately was missing one of the toppings I’d ordered and paid for. Called the shop (dominos in Whickham) and the lady who answered could not have been less interested. When I explained my problem she said ‘so it’s just missing a topping’. Really? I was then told to hand current pizza back to delivery driver and he’d send the pizza with the missing topping but would be 45 minutes because they only have one driver.
Wow, well done dominoes- highly recommend if you want to be made to feel like an inconvenience for having a legitimate reason to complain. The alternative of waiting 45 minutes for the correct order was also not appealing.

Read moreReceived order at 6:20pm, burnt herbs on one pizza, awful taste couldn’t eat. Called shop straight away and complained, they offered a new pizza and we accepted. 7:30pm new pizza arrives, slightly better but still topped with burnt herbs and was stone cold, ate 3 slices and it went in the bin. To top it off the garlic and herb dip (that was stored in the glove compartment of the first drivers car) smelt awful/off and the oil and mayo had split making it inedible. Best before end date is less than 9 days so concerned to how long it has been stored in a car and we’ve just come to the end of summer. Really disappointed as I usually enjoy a dominoes, but after this experience and reading the concerning reviews most likely won’t order again. 2 stars as husbands pizza was nice and enjoyed the...
