Poppadum — Restaurant in Gedling

I am vegetarian and ordered a vegetable curry Which came I put it all on my plate rice chips curry on top sat down picked up a piece of food and realised it was a piece of chicken tikki I am absolutely fuming I rang them basically told I was lying very rude on the phone at first wanted to collect the plate told them I wanted my money back and they could collect the plate argued with me didnt want to refund the money obvious I wouldn't trust the food never apologised said I wanted money back just for my dinner not my partners said ok and would put the money in my account and put the phone down Then someone turned up at the door with £7 80 I find it disgusting that I am vegetarian and nearly ate meat and never even got an apology Will never use...

Totally and utterly disappointed with a delivery made today. We were looking forward to our Christmas Eve treat and it has been totally spoilt. We ordered and it came wrong, missing items, food was cold, prices increased hugely and they are now charging for delivery £2.50 for a 2min journey. Daughter and husband went up to get the missing items and they wanted to charge us more money for the items we had already paid for. Also the rice used to be part of the main dish it is now separate which makes in nearly £10 for one dish even though when we rang he said it came with the diner. We have been regular customers of Babylon and Indian spice I have now been put off due to the attitude of them...

Well what can I say ordered from here most weeks until tonight when we found a massive piece off cement in the bread, phoned up and spoke to a man was told I’d receive a full refund to then get a call back to say I wouldn’t get a refund if just get 10% off my next order, they said the plate they cook them on smashed and just said sorry , this was so dangerous and just so lucky it was me that fount it and not the kids ! Rubbish customer service not ordering...
