Order from here at least once a week if not more, family of 6 so normally costs around £50, ordered last night asked if it was OK to pay by card as sometimes their machine is broken. Lady said yes proceeded with order it came to £47, she said iam going to have to ask if you can pay with card, came back on the phone and she said no the chef said for big orders now we are only taking cash payments. I was shocked and proceeded to tell her I always pay by card and didn't have the cash on me and didn't want to drag my 4 kids to a cashpoint at 7pm. She said sorry but no card payments. Poor communication, placed an order online at 18.33 said an hour delivery wait. Waited 3 hours and still hadn’t received, phoned 4 times for them to say it was on its way. Then got a phone call at 9.23pm saying that my order didn’t go through and they didn’t have the receipt so they was going to start cooking now, 3 hours after we placed our order. We asked for a refund, and now gone without food. It’s shocking when it’s an £41 order and they kept saying it was on its way.
