Boswells Cafe — Restaurant in Gloucester

Ordering process was a two step operation with drinks having to be ordered seperately but this allowed the first person behind the counter to start preparing our food so it was ready at about the same time as the drinks. The seating might be a bit crammed for disabled visitors when it is busy and no space to move chairs if space at the table was needed. Some might argue that there is space outside of the café but this would then mean they would have to go in then manuvoure back out again if traveling alone. Love Boswell but today I saw something special. Ollie took time out to address a lady by name, ask how her day was yesterday and chat to her for a few minutes, it clearly made her day. He then turned round and welcomed an older gentleman by addressing him good morning sir. I love the respect that these two more mature people got, Boswells might be the only social interaction they have today and Ollie made it amazing for them. Good coffee too!

Went for lunch and sat in the outside area. Ordered the Nachos with Chilli for £7.95 when it came it was a bowl of Nachos with hardly any chilli or cheese, very disappointing but I did go in and ask if that was all the chilli I got and both girls looked at me and said "yeah " but the young lad, bless him, asked me if I'd like some more and put a spoonful on top. Thank you to that man he knows customer service and for that I had an enjoyable and tasty meal instead of a dried bowl of Nachos which are the cheapest...
