Ordered from this restaurant on just eat. Ordered from this place a number of times with no issue.

This evening i ordered 2 burgers. And when they arrived they were lamb. They were very obvious made from lamb. The taste texture and smell. When confronting the restaurant they stated they would come get them to test the product. Still waiting 3 hours later Concerning for other customers that have ordered during this time. They also refuse to give a refund of these products until they see the food which I think is ridiculous as a customer and you're not happy with the order the restaurant should do what they can to rectify the issues.

Ordered some food last night, burger was completely pink on the inside. I ate more than half of this burger before realising and this morning, I'm stuck on the toilet with stomach cramps

We've ordered from this place countless times with no issues, food is usually amazing but this is probably the last time we will be going here. £40 to eat raw burgers is not worth it

Terrible service from Burger Beats. Ordered through their own website rather than Just Eat as you got a 15% discount. However the price for that discount was an hour and 15 minute wait for food (we are about a ten min drive), and they didn't take into account any of the special requests for removing certain bits of food, like they have done via Just Eat before. They must have read this section as we got the correct drinks. Food was nice but lukewarm by time we got it. We also ended up eaten at past 10pm because of their slow delivery. It said max 45...
