Delivery time- pathetic! Placed order at 18.50 today for 2 curries. Just Eat showed estimated delivery time as 20.15. However, no sign of food until 20:30. Phoned restaurant to find out the status. The staff reassured that my food would arrive in next 20 minutes. Well, 30 minutes go by and still no food. At 21:00, tried to phone the restaurant again and after multiple attempts, finally managed to get through. This time they said food was on it's way and should have reached me already! They said they will call the driver and get back to me with the update. No call received back as promised. Finally food arrives at 21.30!!! Is this some kind of joke? I understand that Saturday nights can be busy but this is ridiculous. The restaurant should refund the money back! The positive reviews are clearly misleading!

Very bad lunch experience there. I used to like their chicken ricd but will never go again. Today the waitress gave me the menu and asked if I wanted to order right away. I said I wanted a "Singaporean style chicken rice" and when I tried to point out the item in the menu to her, she said she knew and ran away with the menu. Fine. Very soon I was given a Singaporean fried rice NOODLES. It's not what I ordered! She said I said Singaporean. I said CHICKEN RICE!!!! Can someone mix up noodles with rice!!! What they gave me was not RICE at all. The chef came out and said the chicken rice I wanted had been sold out anyway. And the waitress still said it's my fault!
