Pepe's — Restaurant in Gloucester

I’ve been a regular customer at this Pepe’s location for quite a while, but recently, over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a serious decline in the quality of food. I’ve given this place multiple chances to improve, but every time, the experience has been disappointing. The flavors and freshness I used to enjoy just aren’t there anymore.

I’ve also noticed some new staff members, so maybe this change is affecting the consistency and quality. I’m leaving this feedback with the hope that the team takes it seriously because I would much rather continue supporting my local Pepe’s than go elsewhere. If things don’t improve, though, I’ll have to make the trip to Cheltenham, where the quality is consistently top-notch.

Made an order today. Awful experience, one of the worst experiences from a delivery service and food quality wise. The food portions were so far off and did not replicate the high prices for such low quality food. The chips were dry. The wraps are not filled with chicken more with sauces and salad. The service after I called to notify them were not accepting or quick to apologise but more using Pepe as a high horse to say they do this for every customer. In Gloucester there’s plenty better places to eat. And a place which doesn’t acknowledge portions or helpful service isn’t a place for me. Never going to order here again.
