Shake and Grill — Restaurant in Gosport

Despite giving clear instructions regarding delivery they were not followed. Meal turned up cold and incomplete and when I contacted them was told the missing item would be sent in 10-15 mins. When I said the burger was cold I was told to stuck it the microwave. Not exactly fous safe when there is salad and mayo in the burger. Ad vised this was the 2nd time the order had turned up cold due to their drivers going to the wrong address and I wanted a refund was told I couldn't have one and they would bring me another meal in 40 mins. Really disappointed as I have ordered from them frequently but in the last few months there was been a decline in service. I requested a full refund and it was declined as I had the partial order and I was being unreasonable in not being prepared to wait for a further 40 minutes for the correct...

If I’m honest they’re just you’re average over priced hit and miss burger joint The shakes are just flavoured milk with cream (pretty budget considering SHAKE IS THE FIRST WORD OF YOUR NAME) If they want to argue it starts off as a thick shake then I’d like to argue why I get it the same consistency as semi skimmed milk at my door The burgers are very average The chicken is hit and miss between good and average The hash browns are usually soggy

GO TO MENJARS THEY HAVE THE BEST BURGER AND HASH BROWNS WITH THE THICKEST MCFLURRY STULR SHAKE IVE EVER HAD MENJARS HAS TGE BEST BURGER IN TOWN

Also the man at the front and in the phones and on delivery’s is very very very very rude and I hate him and he should honestly just leave I might...

I went to shake & grill today . I am deaf These guys were absolutely brilliant!! I explained I was deaf and the guy serving me took as much time as possible even when others where waiting to ensure my order was correct . I understand he told the rest of the guys cooking i was deaf and they all treated me like i was normal which is all anyone with a disability asks for . They all politely got my attention when my food was ready and did so discreetly but most of all respectfully. There food is great but there care and service is better . A massive thanks to the guys as for someone like me somethings can be hard but you all made it a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble .....amazing...
