Bagel Bros — Restaurant in Great Britain

This bagel shop will be my go to when I'm in the area again.😋 Bagel Bros is on the high street in Yarm. Yarm is quaint and full of independent shops and food places. I had the spicy GC which is the house vegetarian bagel 🥯 which consists of harrisa hallumi, cucumber, red onion , rocket mint yoghurt and tomato; I also bought a can of drink. After seeing Bagel Bros’ video on instagram I couldn’t wait to try the gluten free bagels they advertised. I checked their instagram every day the week before I made the trip and the morning before to make sure there was definitely availability, but at the counter I was told there were no gluten free bagels that day - not that they had sold out in less than an hour, but that there weren’t any at all. This was very disappointing and I was left watching my friend eat her bagel as I drank a lemonade. Would have loved to support the shop, but the lack of notice ruined...

Disappointingly underwhelming bagels, and customer service. The bagel itself was sickly stuffed with cream cheese, as if in an attemptto hide it's poor quality. Additionally, the bagel wasn't toasted. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between theirs and one you would pick up at a supermarket.
