Extremely disappointed! We were a family of 9 adults and 3 kids all ordered at the same time for the same table just paid individually.

After 1 hour the first 3 meals arrived 2 adults and 1 kid, missing an egg from the mixed grill. A further 30 minutes later 5 adult meals came out one was missing ribs, one came with a mushroom on the rice and another did not. We made the waitress aware of the missing ribs and didn't hear anything else. 20 minutes later the remaining 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals arrived. Another twenty minutes later we were getting ready to leave and a waitress comes over with a rack of ribs asking if someone was waiting on ribs. These ribs were completely charred so we sent them back as we no longer had time to eat them or wanted to. We made a comment about a refund which was not acknowledged. I went outside for a smoke and came back in to find a refund on the table. The bar looks really nice and laid out well and beergarden was nice. Shame about the food and service.

Food way too overcooked, slow service, more food on kids plate than banger and mash, food missing, lack of communication with...

The chicken tasted cheap and nasty only towards the end of forcing down each expensive bite did I check the meat in the “fillet” burger. It was pink tinged and looked awful. The steak pie was a joke with a couple of pieces of “steak” in it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

Used to be a good pub but now I feel sick from this chicken burger and really think it should get closed down for this overpriced disgusting, disgrace of a restaurant.

I appreciate profit margins and all but would it hurt to serve something that at least looks like chicken?

When I go to a Chinese I pay £4 and usually Bin the chicken as it resembles more dead rat that breast meat! Not at £8 ish I don’t expect it.

I feel sorry for the poor waiters and kitchen staff that have to serve this poor standard of cuisine.

I don’t like leaving a negative review but it really is this bad.

At this rate McDonald’s will take over you!

I could go on forever complaining about this but I will be busy in a fast food restaurant where it doesn’t take an hour for a chewy burger with no condiments to...

This isn't about the pub but burger dudes but you can't find burger dudes anywhere to write a review. I have been trying all week to order off uber cause they have deals on which I know uber do but all week burger dudes have been pick up only. They have turned the delivery bit off. I know this cause I have ordered from here before with no issues. I have rang them at least 3 times this week from Monday 7th of July to today. All they say is there is an issue with uber but they don't try get it sorted. Plus you hear people in the background making excuses why it's not on. They have deliveroo and just eat which both deliver but surprise no deals on. They either can't keep up with demand or they're doing it against the uber contract they have. I have contacted uber as well to tell them cause I'm sure uber won't be happy that they're losing out. If you can't cope with the food orders, they don't be on too many platforms. Won't be ordering...
