Bamboo Garden — Restaurant in Great Britain

I placed an order and paid additional fees for a delivery that was further away. The driver arrived and I paid, when I checked only half of the order was there. I called, expecting them to bring the remaining food I ordered. Instead they told me I lived too far away (15 minutes) for them to deliver the food. So I asked for a refund. After checking, they have arranged for the driver to return to bring me £3. Rather than bringing the food I ordered. I paid £15.60 in total. I think it's clear to anybody reading this that logic has gone out of the window with these people and it would have made morse sense to just bring me what I paid for. The guy on the phone was alright as I think despite him trying to stay professional, he can see that this is just ridiculous.

So pleased they can drive back to bring me £3 but they can't drive back to bring the correct order. Would have spent £3 in fuel....

The food is fine. Just don't bother ordering in advance. Better to order when you are ready for it. I placed an order at 5:10pm to arrive at 7:15pm. No communication to let me know it wouldn't arrive until at least 45 minutes after the planned time. Not the drivers fault, seems to me that it's just poor organisation/prioritising.

Understandably they are busy which is a good sign! You'd just think that when a customer orders in advance that there would be planning in place to avoid...

Had the 'Set Meal for 2' last night (could probably have fed 3 or 4) and wow what a surprise. Lots of variety and flavours, an abundance of freshly-cooked chunky vegetables and really tasty. They have raised my expectations on "fast (Chinese) food". Funny thing - I was locked inside with several customers outside - lock was broken on door; I wouldn't have starved. Ultimately lock had to be removed from the door - finally got out after 10 minutes! Will be back again - if I can get in or...
