BBQ Chicken — Restaurant in Great Britain

Terrible experience!

I ordered a meal directly from their website. My payment was processed, but moments later, I received an email stating my order was canceled.

I called the shop to ask why they took my money and canceled my order. The extremely rude person who answered said, "you too far away." If that's the case, why was my order accepted in the first place?

They told me I would have to wait 5 days for a refund. What if that was my only available money? Now, I could potentially starve.

This place is filled with unprofessional jokers; avoid them...

NOT HAPPY! 7 months pregnant and ordered a burger from here and was raw and pink in the middle,really hope I don't get sick and baby is ok. I realised after 2 bites and did not eat anymore. boyfriend rang back up as we did say on the phone "cook well done" and they said what do we expect them to do and also they will sort it out in next order.if I fall I'll or get sick I don't care but I do care when i am carrying our baby and don't need him getting sick or not well. total joke !really not happy!glad I didn't eat it all and realised...

Delicious burger meal! Was driving back from Scotland one day, feeling hungry stopped at Leicester for dinner with my bro thought try this place out as we heard food is nice here, my god this place is so busy, really enjoyed the food here. Staff were friendly, Restaurant layout is ok space wise can feel a bit cramped but food is DELICIOUS. I would recommend try the food here if you find yourself passing...
