Star Vashnu Dhaba — Restaurant in England

This is the 3rd Indian disgusting horrible experience me and my family had in this Leicester. We placed a very large order and through Just Eat app, and it was shown for over 40 minutes WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION, we tried to call the restaurant and the Indian lady answered and spoke in her Indian language and hung up on us because she couldn't speak English, she hung up rudely. We tried to call back and she would refuse to answer, then we insisted and she answered again in her Indian language, then passed the phone to her customer to speak for her which I was in complete shock. The customer even he said he had to go down to theirs restaurant as they placed an order and it happened the same thithing with them. The Indian lady continues to speak only in her language as this were India not UK, I kindly request the customer on the phone if I can speak with the manager but the lady said to him in Indian that there is no manager. I have never had cush a horrifying experience before. Horrible restaurant and if they do this to so many customers then there is a serious problem with this restaurant, and I was shocked as the customer told me over the phone that it happened to him as well, and their reviews as well, more people are having horrible experience with them. I have been a loyal customer of this place for over 7 years. Up to about a year ago, the food was really nice, although the service has always been really slow. But since the past year I have ordered 4/5 times and my orders are always either wrong or problems with the quality of the food. I'm not sure who the new chefs are but they are absolutely rubbish! Once I ordered for guests, they were 2hrs late and wrong food! Due to health problems I can't cook much so today I ordered Saag for my family with Roti asked for onions and green chillies on the side. NO ONIONS OR CHILLIES AND SAAG WAS RUNNY LUKE WATER.
