What a great little spot. Microbrewery tap house with fantastic beers - mostly innovative craft ales (of a variety of styles), but also a few more traditional offerings on cask. Well worth a visit. Small garden out back, a couple of tables out front, and very friendly and warm welcome within.

I think the beers probably change frequently, and I know I'll be back as soon as I can to try a few more.

The Black Cloak is simply a must-visit for any beer fans in North...

Whilst in area called in following rave reviews on Google. Could not have been greeted with a more friendly welcome! Excellent cask & craft beer choice, really enjoyed the pint tried although due to other commitments could not stay longer and try the other casks, but will be back. Very impressed to see a running club using bar as it's base on return from a run a pint...

Absolutely amazing little micro brewery, Would 100% reccomend the Siren Crescendo stout. Tasted like liquid dark chocolate. Bar staff were really friendly and answered any and all questions we had.
