Burgrill Leicester — Restaurant in Great Britain

Normally we have a great experience coming Burgrill unfortunately today this wasn’t the case. Ordered over the phone for a collection, when my husband got there they had set it up for eat in even though I clearly stated order for collection. When the food arrived it was lukewarm at best, when I called to let them know. The guy on the phone then insisted I said order for collection and that’s why he plated it? He then proceeded to tell me the food was cold because we took too long to arrive to collect the food. I put the order in at 16:32 and arrived at 16:49, they told us the food would take 15 minutes. The chicken was dry and has no sauce in the box They then also didn’t have any sauces which is a shame as it is one of their staples and something that really impacts the meal. The young lad taking orders generally was rude and unapologetic in his mannerism. This is such a shame and this is literally one of our favourite...

Absolutely terrible customer service… They have no clue what’s on the menu or what they’re even selling. The person taking the order has no idea what’s being asked or how to respond. They’re selling burgers and don’t even know what a smash patty is and what is gourmet. When we asked them to change the order, they started being rude. A rude guy came out from the kitchen and began speaking to us disrespectfully, saying they won’t make any changes and we can do whatever we want. They even said they’re not afraid of Google reviews. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such poor customer service in my life. I’d never want to go back. I would like to request the store owner to provide customer service training to their staff so that customers leave the store with a good experience instead of feeling...

I ordered the 1/4 chicken in mild , piri piri wings with "Hot" spice level, curly fries, spicy rice and the red and blue machine dispenser drinks.

The Hot wings were very flavourful and I would definitely go back for these. Soft and tender, spicy enough to keep you wanting more but not to the level where it's unbearable, which is exactly what I wanted.

The 1/4 chicken was soft, tender, flavourful and juicy. I'd probably order this again but in "Hot".

Curly fries were nice with their own version of peri salt which adds another level of flavour.

Most importantly, the owners were so friendly and polite. We decided to eat in and they took care of us. I'll definitely be back to try something different...
