If I could rate -10 I would picked up my order as delivery would take to long the guy who served me was very rude. Got home to realise half my order was missing. What I did have wasn't even cooked my chicken burger was still PINK !!!!! and my cheesy chips where still frozen in the middle. I am a chef how hard is it to cook a chicken burger in a fryer The place looked dirty and grubby obviously never heard of cleaning the staff where using there hands to pick up frozen meat and then they were ripping apart lettuce may I add they didn't even wash their hands if this place doesn't scream food poisoning I don't know what does. He is horrible vile person I've told me friends and family to never order again and they have all had problems when I called to speak to him he told me I was liyng and hung up I've contacted food hygiene about this as I would hate for someone to get food poisoning I've heard such bad reviews on this place like how they have rats out the back etc but decided I would get my own opinion what a waste of £40 on food never again ill stick to cooking my own. If I could give 0 stars I would. Half a order missing. 2nd order in a row with issues. No option other (refused to re cook the meal or provide any other solution) than a credit note from Uber for refund. If you’re ordering from this franchise I’d recommend a back up plan in the likelihood that half your order is missing or arrives a couple of hours after the agreed slot. First time of trying this place, and I can’t see how you can’t rate it 4/5. Can’t understand the bad comments, Had the Dirty Burger, and had the wiz cheese. Burger roll was fresh and toasted lovely. Patty was tasty and seasoned , chips was out of this world with the seasoning. I normally drive to beefy boys in Hereford for a good burger. But to have one on your door step it’s spot on. Nice treat on the weekend....
