Factory Food Court — Restaurant in Great Britain

Tried this food court out with my wife and kids and can honestly say am amazed the lighting in the evening is beautiful such a nice chill out spot we tried mucho picante smash arena and kebab guys i can honestly say hands down that smash arena was the best out of the lot i havent had a good burger in years and i go all over the country the juicyness not under or over cooked wait time was not that long to say it was fairly busy i really enjoyed the chicken burger dipped in a hot sauce which i took a bite out of my wifes delish. Mucho picante was very nice and diffrent to what i usually go for as i like my greasy burger food enjoyed the mexican cuisine for the first time as my son wanted to try them also. We also got a kebab melt from the donner kebab guys it was really nice nothing special but i did enjoy that also he was nice to my kids the main guy that served us only downside it took 15 to 20 mins for just 1 kebab melt but didnt complain still enjoyed it. Followed by dessert we had dougnuts and ice cream which we all did enjoy this is what derby needed no need to go to star city in birmingham that much anymore. I had a lovely experience with the majority of the vendors — everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my visit to The Baking School was quite disappointing and really stood out for the wrong reasons.

I was excited to try the Matilda cake jar, especially after hearing so much about it, but there was no katifi inside at all — despite it being listed. On top of that, the jar looked like it had been sitting on the shelf for quite a while. When I asked about options, I was told, “You’ll get whatever you can see in the fridge,” followed by an abrupt point in that direction while the staff member carried on with what she was doing. No smile, no warmth — just a dismissive attitude that felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

It’s a real shame, because all the other vendors, even the busiest ones with long queues and lots of orders, managed to stay friendly and welcoming. The Baking School, by contrast, had no queue — and yet the service was cold and snobbish.

I was genuinely looking forward to trying them out, but this experience really put me off. A little customer care goes a long way — especially in a space that should feel...

Been here twice, Lovely family friendly vibe Great to see this in derby and I would recommend this place,. The tacos were my highlight. I really do hope it does very well. Therefore I hope some Of the sellers take some of these comments on board to mprove the overall customer experiences

1- wear hair nets - yesterday at Kebab guys we found a hair in our food they were very apologetic and did refund us, but why not wear hair nets when u cook its just basic hygiene and it's likely to happen again if you don't address it

2 - on both occasions we have come (in the afternoon - not very busy and again on Friday evening) the food wait is prolonged and for fast food I guess our expectations were to have food coming quicker than 30mins, but we can understand this on a very busy day.
