This is a true and honest review in are opinion. We, arrived at 7.0pm and had to wait a short while for a table. Unfortunately in that time 2 people left due to not receiving there food for a long time.. Which was concerning. We were seated and a, drinks menu was given to us. No food menu...... After about a 15 minute wait are drink order was taken and we asked for a food menu. If your expecting the usual Indian foods. Ie madras. Vinderloo. Ticka masla. Bombay potatoes...different rices.. This is definitely not the place for you...... We placed are good order.. And waited a very long time... And in that time another two people left.. And one other party of 8 threatened to leave if there food did not come... There was obviously a issue in the kitchen. But when asked the waiter why the delay. He replied every single order is cooked from scratch and fresh.... I'm struggling with this concept as I feel it Coukd be there downfall... Waiting 20mins or 30 mins is OK. But up to hour is definitely not.. The food was OK. And very tasty. And very different from the normal Indian food.. We ordered a lamb biriani. Which came dry as they do not serve a vegatable curry with it. The chicken curry was OK but lacked a bit of depth.. The dosa was very good. In general the food was at a high standard if not different... We did not have any desserts even though we were offered some... The waiter was informative just explaining the delays are caused by all food being cooked fresh... I'm struggling with the 500 reviews all giveing five stars. Or did we just go on a bad night..... But I do wish them all the best.. They definitely have a good concept but the waiting times need to be addressed..as we arrived at 7.0pm and left at 10.00 and that was just 2 courses....
