I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and product quality from your establishment. Despite having ordered from your restaurant a few times, I have consistently encountered issues with my orders. This evening's experience was final nail on the coffin.

Earlier this evening, I placed an order and specifically called ahead to request that my food be delivered hot due to it being delivered cold every time i have ordered before. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived undercooked, with cold meatballs and cheese that peeled off in chunks. as i said this is not the first time my order has been incorrect or arrived in an unacceptable condition. In past orders, not only has the food not been cooked properly, but I have also received completely wrong pizzas.

When I called the store to address the issue, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. The employee talked over me, complained about my call, and ultimately hung up on me when I insisted he stop interrupting. This level of customer service is utterly unacceptable. Moreover, the delivery driver arrived without any change, despite my paying in cash.

Subsequent attempts to reach the restaurant for a resolution were ignored, as my calls went unanswered. This establishment, if it can even be called that, displays an alarming lack of competence in cooking a basic pizza and handling customer concerns.

I am appalled by the pig-ignorant behavior exhibited by your staff and the subpar quality of your food. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, and it reflects extremely poorly on your franchise.

Rest assured, I will be reaching out to the franchise owners to make them aware of the disgraceful service and quality being provided under their brand. Consumers deserve better, and I will ensure that others are warned about the unacceptable standards at your...

First off I would like to state that since the original opening before the temporary closure this was and still is my favorite pizza spot. However last time I ordered my usual order I was completely disappointed and upset. I spent £1.50 for olives to be added to my pizza and whom ever you have in the kitchen put about 5 whole olives on my pizza.... £1.50 for 5 olives not even sliced is absolutely diabolical. I have no idea why this happened as before the closure you put enough to justify that price. I understand that putting too many on uses a lot of stock but for £1.50 I expect to actually get the topping added to at least every slice. This isn't even the only topping related issue either. Our pizza had regular cheese however for this specific order it was cold and solid with absolutely no pull. I love this place, I no longer order from dominos because of you guy. But this stopped me from wanting to order again just because my favorite order comes in an unsatisfactory way.

I'm sure this is an easy fix, I'm sure to one day come back to order. But after ordering at least one time every week since the original opening this was incredibly disappointing. Remove the olives or ensure you give the customer a fair portion when you charge so much for...

Nice ambiance, with good seating for the space that’s provided. I ordered the meathead with honey chilli wings. The pizza was alright if you like cheese and are always seeking a satisfying cheese pull this is the place to go but the chicken was bland but had a bit of herbs sprinkled on which added no real flavour, and there could have been more meat since there’s a lot of emphasis on it in the name. I also believe some chilli oil could elevate the flavour of the pizza but it could work best with the restaurant as they like to add oil to their garlic bread. The wings were cooked well the honey added a sweetness that I liked but the chilli was seriously lacking but in my opinion the wings were better than the pizza but for the money it wasn’t that bad I’m not sure I would come here again but it is worth a try. I tried a slice of their cheesy garlic bread and was disappointed as it was essentially drenched in olive oil and it drowned out the taste of garlic which kinda defeats...
