Greggs — Restaurant in Great Britain

Shocking service! 2 members of staff behind the counter talking by to each other while serving. Only one of them actually serving, the one not serving looked at me several times, didn't even acknowledge me or say just one minute etc. Left me thinking they don't know good customer service, as I was left waiting for what seemed like no reason. I only ended up getting served when the other person was done serving the customers Infront of me! Oh and the food was cold again! Be nice to go into a Gregg's these days and warm food, it would also be nice to go in and pick up a sandwich. BIASED REVIEW ALERT: I am a tradesman so the menu on Greggs does make up about 75% of my diet which probably means I won't get to use the pension I haven't been paying into BUT it's cheap, scrummy and the hot chocolate is pretty awesome! I didn't rate the atmosphere because ITS A GREGGS it should have 'value for money' or 'stickyness of yumyum'. Not sure how you can mess up as easy an order as ONE Festive Bake and FOUR Sausage Rolls. And only deliver ONE Festive Bake and ONE Sausage Roll.
