Greggs — Restaurant in Great Britain

Arrived at 11.30am no breakfast rolls left despite web indicating quieter than usual. No cartons of milk left either. Had to ask for napkins and was given 2. Told them they were needed for cleaning the table and seats. Left to do it ourselves. Had 2 hot steakbreaks. One was reduction the other was cold. Asked if they could give it a quick heat and was told they can't reheat food. Eventually given a fresh hot one. The manageress was not a very pleasant individual and staff clearly wary of her. Greggs is always great to look forward to. Good friendly staff and always sandwiches hot and cold very tasty snacks. Drinks Today I got my first steak bake and it was good but very hot to eat. U need a spoon to eat it as I burned my hand two times and burned my mouth with them just out of the hot house oven. And I was blowing it big time mama.
