Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

I always appreciate the consistent quality and the friendly service at Starbucks London road, Glasgow. The manager is so down to earth, the staff are beyond lovely, Kim, Aidan ,Ashton, Emma and the list can go on and on. The place is always immaculate and clean the staff are always working hard. Due to my ADHD and several other conditions,i tend to be very fussy with my drink the texture can be a big sensory issue for me if not done right so whenever I order my usual double espresso Frappuccino, only this branch seems to get my order correct along with very few. I like my frappe strong coffee taste, not too thick or too runny and only the lovely staff in this branch seem to understand the assignment 😄 Tables are always clean, Toilets are always on spot too. I think most people love to get a Starbucks coffee. However, I feel that there is always a delay to tables being cleaned with empty tables frequently having coffee cups and napkins in instances when the table was vacated over 15 minutes ago.

I appreciate the stores are busy but dealing with tables as a result of high customer turnover is something that rivals such as Costa seem to be able to handle much better. For me, there has been too much complacency at the top for years and this is something on which I feel rivals...

The floors were filthy and during the 2 hours I was in with my sisters the staff did not clean the vacated tables once.i asked for help to use track and trace on my phone and one girl was extremely unhelpful although another did help.this was only the second time I have been for coffee since march ,went to costa which was excellent clean and appropriate.if this had been my first experiencing of visiting a coffee shop since covid I would never have gone again -does nothing to help peoples anxieties about eating...
