KFC Glasgow - London Road — Restaurant in Scotland

Hey there I have been eating out of here for years and years it's a very good choice for your family and friends 👍 Would highly recommend this place when choosing a venue to eat out at as it's tried and tested over the duration and to be fair it's well on point with an up-to-date menu that's for ever evolving ! There is a reward system in place which is rather enticing ! The new app from the collenals club KFC is a no brainor as it offers a great variety of food with an extra deal for returning customers and also offers money of for each visits As of today IV had 3x £5 of already on my token tally as it's double rewards when you spend 15 or more so it all adds up over time and is a bit of a no brainor really if you like the KFC brand and visit regularly for food when eating out ! In all my days IV never been disappointed in this place Time and time again it's always served me right and that's the main reason I return when I'm out shopping to have a nice bite of food you...

Just bought a take away in the drivethrough yesterday...felt that i needed to leave a review for this...when paying for our order the staff member was awful....not a glance at us or a response to me saying hi....was as though she could not be bothered with customers, she never spoke ine word to us!!...just stuck the payment rod out the window...eventually handed out our bag with not as much as an acknowledgement...heard her moanung to her colleagues that she was tired and cant be bothered...well, im paying a lot of money for my order, the least i expect is some courtosy...face abs tripping her...when i asked for some sugar for the coffee that i had ordered, you would have thought i was asking her to pay for my meal...again not one acknowlement to me as she handed over sugar reluctantly never once even looking at us...act felt like handing 8t all back...horrible service, NEVER be back to this branch!...will got elswhere were the service...

Whoaaa. I’m not sure what happened. Just got a 10pc bucket and meal. The coleslaw and mash were totally fine but the chicken… we could only eat once piece each because it was so insanely salty. Like honestly the saltiest thing we both ever had as if the salt lid came off as someone was seasoning it. It was also soggy, oily and falling off the chicken. I could smell the grease driving home and knew it wasn’t going to be pleasant straight away. Oh and the fries were soggy but I don’t mind that so much because it’s a common problem if wrapped up in a bag and can just air fry them at home. Huge waste of money tonight. Sorry guys, hope it’s something you can address.

I see that other reviews are talking about customer service which is disappointing that this KFC haven’t fixed this as my wife and I had a really cheeky and sarcastic encounter about 2 years ago so hopefully it’s not the same guy...
