Greggs — Restaurant in Great Britain

I went into the store with an order this was from ward 62 at the royal infirmary Glasgow I asked for something along the lines of four sausage rolls two-stake bakes one cheese and onion pasty and one chicken bake and lucozade also three coffee I went back to the hospital with the order I was short one stake break and a few sausage rolls I was so mortified and had to refund people because I was not given what I asked for although I was charged full price I felt especially bad because I had taken all those from people who were sick yet I ended up out of pocket due to the fact that the staff did not listen and did not give me what I ordered I asked them to put the products in separate bags and I would have paid for the bag if need be but yet again they didn't all the products and one bag no one knew what was what and I was...

Breakfast. Not the first place that comes to mind but they make decent baguettes with a choice of bacon, sausage or egg for about four quid including coffee.

Other than that, It's a Greggs. It's the same as all the others, it takes card and cash payments and sells reasonably priced pastries, slightly overpriced sandwiches and totally overpriced soft drinks. They bake food and let it cool down (for tax reasons I think) so you can't get fresh baked pastries and pies unless you happen to time it right - perhaps speak to the staff and find out if the have a set time they put things in for the lunch rush.

That said, you know what your getting and the food is pretty consistent although stuff often sells out later in the afternoon and they don't...

I went to get coffee this morning just to meet rude man with Italian accent serving me ,too slow at his job plus started to argue and mega unpleasant that my puppy dog should not be brought to shop,completely avoiding to do his job and get me my coffee ,I am regular customer and use this branch for past 10 years!really disappointed today with level of his service, coffee was rubbish aswell bitter aftertaste like machine was not cleaned properly last night,the rest of staff are usually nice it is just this man causing...
