What can I say! The people and the food make this such an amazing place. Having walked nearly two miles to get here I can honestly say this was by far the best breakfast in Glasgow I experienced. The breakfast really went above and beyond, everything was cooked with care and attention. It even included halloumi fries, the potato scone was to die for and I even experienced my first ever morning roll - heaven! The kitchen thought one of our orders was vegan and so had prepared some of their special salsa and avocado, we got offered this on the house as they didn't want it to go to waste. We were sat near the kitchen so not only could I see how clean and well organised it was I could also see and hear how much they worked together as a team. They should be really proud to be turning out high quality scran like this and at high volume too. Service was busy and all the tables were full, however this did not stop the owners and servers interacting with all the patrons, cracking jokes, telling stories and just simply seeing how people were doing - it was so nice to see and really made the place feel incredibly welcoming and relaxed. We are only sorry we didn't get a chance for a repeat visit. I might not be moving to Glasgow yet, but if I were, this would be my regular stop, yes even with the...

Breakfast/brunch combinations are fantastic. The selection in the image was the 'Storno Stack' (black pudding, poached eggs, chorizo etc) and was one element away from being absolutely flawless.

If it wasn't for the very friendly owner I would have probably rated it 4/5 instead of the 5.

I absolutely love my food and for the price, I expect nothing short of perfection, which although it was absolutely delicious, it wasn't quite perfect.

The eggs were slightly over-poached which obviously led to them being a tad set inside. Apart from that the dish was a masterpiece.

We also waited 29 minutes for our food to arrive, (precise I know but I notice everything) I actually think this is intentional in Tibo as it's about the vibe of socialising and not rushing the experience, but for me it was a tad long when hungry in the morning!.

I would 100% recommend this eatery & not many owners are as helpful & friendly as the one at Tibo, absolute gentleman. Staff are pleasant too & the food is really well prepared.

Apart from the minor flaws this visit it has got to be one of my favourite places to eat in quite some...

This is a wonderful little gem in the East End with attentive, friendly staff and great food. The menu is modern Scottish and caters to most tastes as they do tapas style as well as larger plates. The food I have had has always been made from fresh ingredients and is cooked well. They do food offers most days like two for one pizza or fish and chips which is always a bonus. The decor is welcoming and there is plenty of art to keep you interested on solo visits although I believe they offer free WiFi. There's usually more than one person on a laptop with a coffee. They also offer a selection of daily newspapers and colouring pages for kids. This is most definitely a family friendly place. I always feel like Tibo is whatever you need it to be. It's a lovely place to go for a great plate of food or a nice place to drop in for a cuppa and piece of cake. It also has a nice selection of wines and beers too, for when you fancy something a little stronger. They put on live entertainment during the evening most weeks too so check their Facebook to...

First time in Tibo I have been with some friends and I can say I was a bit disappointed first it was one guy that he was a bit rude and we told him we waiting 2 more people to join us and he seems not happy about that .. then another guy came that he was more polite but a bit cheeky.. the food came out quite fast but the best was overtoasted I couldn’t cut it even with my knife it was average, the prosciutto it was also solid then I ask for Tabasco and at the end I saw on my bill 0.40£ for Tabasco that I use 2 drops what a joke .. and the answer I got it was we need to pay for everything as the prices increased two streets down Mesa has Tabasco on a table and the quality of the food it’s much better without any extra hidden costs . I would not be back. Disappointing
