My partner and I went on the tenant's brewery disabled tour because if you're in a wheelchair, you cannot access the factory. But it is highly worth. we were met by Nick who took us outside into the brewery and told us what each building does and the history of tenants. Then he took us to the side. Let us smell all the hops and grains that Tennent's use. After that, he took his inside to the museum and showed us a video of how the Factory works. He was very knowledgeable friendly and couldn't do enough to help Very nice person . Then upstairs s for a pint of Tennent's that was drinkable this was because it through immaculate copper pipe system And unpasteurized. Then we had a look round the museum they have these large interactive screens with people from tenants history telling you about what they did and how they changed tenants. If you're disabled or a concession, you get a discount for the tour which includes a free pint. You must book before attending. No disabled access problems had everything you needed. A lovely little shop with gifts all tenants branded of course. Highly...

Myself and my brother had the tour on 1st February and found it to be very interesting and informative. Unfortunately painting was taking place on the stairwells and doors during the tour. We and the rest of the group were careful not to touch the wet surfaces but I had paint splashed on my jacket from somewhere above me. I mentioned it to the guide and he was somewhat offhand by saying that the danger was signposted. Since the tour, a matter of 7 weeks has passed without any resolution to my claim for compensation despite numerous phone calls and a letter. I have been passed from pillar to post with no-one in the Visitor Centre or the facilities accepting responsibility. Why the painting was being done while tours were taking place puzzles me. Surely overnight would have been best time. Another day has passed without receiving a promised phone call and 7 weeks is 6 too many. Just going now to have a few pints of their great lager but leaves a slightly...

On holiday from Australia and couldnt miss out on my favourite beer Decided to book a tour We had real issies trying to have our credit cards accepted online Decided to call the following day Received perfect customer service from Ross while msking psyment I have a bit of mobility issues at the moment and struggled during the tour climbing so many steps Danial was the perfect guid Gave everyone a great history lesson while throwing in a few laughs The pint at the end was worth the cost of entry alone We just had to stay for another For his customer service alone dan the tour guide man gets 6 stars Only two small negatives The online booking issues and anyone with mobility issues will struggle on this tour

One thing to add Maybe create a replica of the old cans as a...

Fantastic. Stopped in here after work with some colleagues to do the tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. There’s a visitor area at reception that’s essentially like a small Tennents museum with lots of exhibits and memorabilia. The tour itself kicks off with a brief history of the beer and how it came about, taking influences from Bavaria. It was interesting to hear the backstory and there was loads of fascinating facts and I had no idea about. The tour goes around various areas that form the production process. Pictures can be taken in any outdoor areas but not indoors. The tour finishes with a pint or flight of beers. The pint is unpasteurised so about the freshest lager you’ll ever have!

We went on Tennent’s tour the day that restrictions were pulled and it was amazing. Our guide explained all the brewery’s history and all the tour guys were very warm and welcoming (they also gave me a shirt as a gift 🎁) we had beer tasting as well and tried at least 4 different beers. Recommend 100%
