Hot Doughnut Ltd — Restaurant in Great Britain

Came across this little gem of a place driving past today and the hot doughnuts sign caught my eye. Me and my son love freshly made hot doughnuts and since I hadn’t had any for a while, really felt I had to stop. I wasn’t disappointed, I was shown the 4 cinnamon and sugar covered. For me them being hot and freshly made is key, so I asked and was told they were. Someone at the back said something and within minutes they give me even more freshly cooked and very hot doughnuts. I must say I was pleasantly pleased by the cleanliness of the place and liked the sound of the menu as I waited. I managed to contain my eagerness till I got home AND had a sandwich first before I tucked into 2 doughnuts in private and without having to worry about the mess it made until the performance ended! Really nice little place. We got a box of doughnuts and coffee. The doughnuts were fresh and homemade, and there was a good range of flavours for a great price. We came a bit late in the day, so there was probably an even bigger range earlier, but we were after the morning and lunch rush. They were baking new batches in the back.

There was also a big menu of savoury food as well like French toast, rolls and paninis.

Their creepy sign is fairly iconic in Partick, so I've been meaning to try for a while! I'll need to get one of their...

Finally got around to trying this place last week and I am OBSESSED! I went nice and early and had a yummy warm nutella donut. Went again today and got the raspberry jam donut which was heavenly, also very reasonably priced for what you get.

I really appreciate that the owner does a pretty good job at posting on Instagram if they are going to be closed on a day that is listed as open on Google. I can tell they work hard and I’m so happy to support this small business anytime I’m craving a sweet treat!...
