Mario's Pizza Kebab — Restaurant in Great Britain

Very poor customer service. Showed proof of purchase online with the payment details and the order number. Explained what I’d ordered. Even showed proof they’d taken payment from my bank account to be told I’d not sent an order. Argued for nearly half an hour that they now need to prove my order hadn’t come through demanded they ring dats the payment provider which confirmed my order had in-fact come through but with an error where my name was meant to be. Very bad attitude with staff leader/boss. Absolutely no attempt to understand the problem even with the proof provided. After more than 10 years of buying overpriced junk food from savos and best kebabs before that I can safely say I won’t be a customer any longer. Decided to give 1 star as the order was actually correct which is a new experience. Normally stuffs missing and I have to send the delivery driver back to rectify the issue. However, Food was stone cold as it had been sat on their counter for half an hour and had to be reheated in the microwave when I got home. Advice to new management is work on your customer relations… there’s kebab shops closer than yours Trimsaran, ponthenry,carway, pontiets… I’ll give them a try from now on! I’d only stayed loyal to best kebabs aka Savos as I used to live in Kidwelly.. enjoy your new venture new management of Savos if you keep treating customers the way you did with me tonight I can see it’ll be a short...

I just spent £50 on an order the kebab came with no salad when requested the burger meal came with no chips the 10 chicken nugget meal came with only 4 chicken nuggets the portions were small and cold instead of extra large when we rang to question this we were basically called liars and the guy on the phone was very rude I said it’s ok I’ll never use you again and they hung up...

Ordered a 15” and a 12” Pizza for £34 .

Worst Pizzas I’ve ever had . The quality of the food is very poor . Delivery was fast but the Pizzas were cold , paid for 4 extra toppings at a cost of £1.50 for each topping . The tomato toppings had about 3 slices of tomato on each pizza , the pepperoni wasn’t much better .

Just don’t bother buying from here and wasting...
