Marmaris Takeaway — Restaurant in Great Britain

*Used to love this place but totally let down tonight *Have been a regular customer for a long time, ordering online and by phone, we live in Bankfoot so a wee trek to get there, but worth it because we love the pizza. However, we ordered last weekend, collected and drove home, didn't check the pizzas as never had a problem in the past but got home and order was wrong, ordered spicy chicken pizza & ham & mushroom...got tuna & sweetcorn and meat feast. Called them to say order wrong, they offered to make new pizzas but by that time another trip to Blairgowrie just wasn't needed! The young Scottish lad spoke to someone in the background and said that was understandable and our next 2 pizzas were on the house. I called to order tonight only for the phone to be handed to one of the owners I'm assuming, who told me I couldn't have spoken to a Scottish lad as he only had Scottish girls on the week before and he wouldn't honour the promised pizzas, total lies because my partner went into the shop to collect the pizzas and was served by...would you believe a young Scottish lad......well, we've spent a fortune in that place and needless to say they will never get another order from us or any of our family/friends! Did us a favour in the end cos we ordered a beautiful curry from Manzil in Perth, so they will now get our business. After a night of vomiting (and many bathroom trips for another unpleasant reason) I thought I'd share a review. I ordered a Fish Supper from Marmaris Takeaway last night. I had taken a few bites from the fish and noticed it didn't taste right. When I smelled it, it had a bad smell to it, so I called to let them know. The uninterested lady on the phone told someone in the background who said there was nothing wrong with the fish - as it was in front of me and I had tasted it and could smell it, I knew that there definitely was something wrong with it. They continued to say nothing was wrong, then asked if I wanted another (perhaps realising their food was off) - I certainly did not want another - why would I want to risk another bad piece of fish? I have been a regular customer for several years, however, after the complete lack of interest from the lady I spoke with, being told that I was wrong when the issue was clearly evident, and a night of being ill, this will be the last time that I use Marmaris Takeaway. There are other takeaways within a very short distance of this one. I would recommend...

so ordered a marmaris tonight and was not impressed. I ordered a shish wrap and the first picture is what I was presented with. I phoned to complain to be told shish kebab is expensive darling and in future order a donner wrap. the last two pics is what I ordered a few months ago was meant to be a hoggie wrap and I didn't receive any chips and cheese and little donner meat but tons of salad. partner went into shop and didn't have a better experience until he was away to walk out and said we won't be ordering from here again. which they then fixed the wrap. Next time if shish is too expensive dont put it on the website as £7.80 for what I got is shocking. dont usually complain but so fed up of the pi** being taken and...
