McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Britain

I have just experienced the perfect Big Mac Meal. Purchased big Mac meal through the drive through which was quick and efficient. Parked up and explored the contents of my bag to discover that someone had actually taken the time to insert the fries with care... they weren't placed on their side or upside down in the bag. A perfectly stacked portion on freshly cooked well seasoned fries not one stray condemned to the bottom of the bag. Then on opening of the Big Mac box itself met what I can only describe as the perfect Big Mac.. you know the one they have in all the pictures of what you think you'd like to get, however usually looking like it's been put together by Stevie Wonder with a hangover. No soggy lettuce or more cheese and sauce attached the the box than burger. It wasn't just the aesthetics either.. everything fresh and beautiful prepared as if by G.Ramsay himself. I can only describe it as a joy to eat.

Obviously the usual standards of prep had been willfully neglected and treated me to a meal worthy of a death row prisoners last meal. 10/10

Also the irn brush actually tasted like in bru and not soda water that had been shown an iron brush advert.

this shouldn't have a star at all 3 weeks ago I was stuck in the drive through for 15mins to get a coffee whilst a member of staff chatted to some girls in a car. when I said if foods not ready should they not have been asked to take a parking space to let others through the girl just looked right through me and didn't answer me .yesterday I sat at the intercom for 5 mins and was totally ignored drove round to payment window and could see people inside so I peeped my horn a young guy reluctantly came over when I said I'd been waiting ages he very çhildishly snapped that he wasn't wearing a headset but when I asked who was he didn't know and seemed to find it very funny!!! this enraged me so I asked for a coffee and I will admit I quickly forced the money into his hand which he then dropped and told the manageress I threw it at him there are a couple of nice staff in kirkintilloch and I've always used it even though its more expensive than all the other McDonald's in the area 20p dearer per coffee but I'll be going elsewhere their standards are...

Milton Road McDonald's service is poor. 1: It's not cheaper to get a Chinese, but it takes half the time. Doesn't matter if it's busy hours or not, you can expect to be twiddling your thumbs for half an hour sometimes. 2: They often manage to miss out something like an apple pie or mozzarella sticks in an order, if you're getting food for say 4 or 5 people. 3: If you're going to get stuff for free with those points they offer on the app, don't get 5 or more items from the list. We did once, and somehow their entire order database crashed and they had to reset their system, causing even more of a wait time for I believe everyone there.
