McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Britain

It's about time I write a review for this place because honestly I'm getting sick of them. Already given my opinion across to them on the phone multiple times but I can now confirm, they don't care for their customers.

I tend to get deliveries quite regularly, almost weekly due to being busy with work and other matters. I have ordered food from this restaurant numerous of times. Honestly, 80-90% of the time, they always get my order wrong or mess it up. Whether it's missing items, cold food or over/undercooked.

It never tastes the same compared to other mc donalds out there so you can tell there is very little care and passion that goes into the food. I can totally understand that mc donalds is probably one of the biggest and busiest fast food chain in the world. It's still no excuse.

I have ordered from other mc donalds to my same address. There's one mc donalds on St andrews Quay which is only about half a mile further out to this one and I have never had a problem with them. The food is always spot on, every item I order gets delivered and it's still nice and hot when it arrives. I would even say by my opinion, the st andrew quay mc donalds would get alot busier then this one being mentioned because it is just off the motor way so they would get customers constantly driving past from all over UK and wanting to get something to eat whether by the drive thru or sitting in. Not to mention all the locals around the surrounding areas and yet, you can clearly tell they actually give a damn and work hard to keep their customers happy.

All I can say is shame on them for being so careless and after numerous of chances, you still manage to ruin my order countless times.

Enough is enough now, I will be taking this further and maybe someone higher up in the business will take a visit and get things done once and for all. You've had your chances, now someone else will clean...

Discusting attitude from staff. This place needs a full staff change. Staff disrespectful to customers in front of manager , nothing is ever done about it. Too many times weve been given food thats cold , they lie and say its just been cooked , they look at you stupid then they look at eachother goomless !! Don’t listen to customers .... Fuc.. do your job and serve .. who are you waitig for!! but most of all the attitude of some of the staff cannot be described but as the worst ever. We spend hundreds a month between us at this place but no more.. obviosly the person running this branch has got no clue.this place could be much bussier if the staff fixed their attitude. please sort it out. Talk to your staff and get rid of the riffrafs that are costing you customers. Rude , abrupt, lies, sycasim, unproffesional, uncaring about basic aspects of the job. Came in, ordered. My Order shouted out, came to pick up and two of the most unruly looking folk take their position and have both hands in the bag and eating fries like I've not seen in a long time.

I come and say that's my order, the young man behind the counter just grabs the bag of them and hands me it... Got to be joking? Stated I'm not accepting it as they've had their hands in there, then service assistant take it back and in less than 30 seconds it gets back handed to me.

Sorry, but in no way can a Tennesse stack, two cheeseburgers, large fries be completed at that time in the morning. Obviously they had just topped up the fries. Disgusting.

I took it, as I had too due to the characters in the building at the time. But seriously. That was shocking.
